The office is not exactly the best place to exercise, but there are some simple posture exercises you can do without looking out of place.
It would be pointless to just say sit with a straight back; after all if it were that easy there would not be a posture position problem in the first place. Instead it is best to advise you to allocate a few minutes of each day specifically to posture correction exercises.
